Living While Intoxicated

I've decided to start issuing tickets to people who are Living While Intoxicated (LIW). The first goes to Mr. Bush, who is, of course, completely intoxicated with his silver-spoon life, tap dancing across the world's stage as if it were his very own.

Let me be clear: Living While Intoxicated is neither an excuse nor a defense for reckless and wanton disregard for the planet or its inhabitants. If I believe anything, I believe every human being must answer for how his or her life enhances or diminishes the rest of creation.

That is the prime directive.
